I have Aperture, and wondered wheter it would be worth it. Basically if you use filters often you cant beat what this offers for $15.

This is a great app, the perfect app , complete , and a MUST . I love it soo much.

The app might be good for those who dont have a more superior photo editing program. I was really hoping to have more effects and frames than the app gives. I have other apps that have more effects and frames than this one. I dont use it to actually edit photos as in making the images sharper or doing any color corrections etc. I have other programs to do that. I just wanted something simple and easy that would apply great effects. This app does have decent effects, but as I said… other apps offer more such as FX Photo Sutdio and also the Pro version of FX. I guess I just expected more.

About 15 minutes ago I bought this app, and about 10 minutes ago I deleted photoshop! I am editor of an online magazine and this app is pefect for me! tanx.

CameraBag 2 is an amazing photo application for the Mac, and it is probaby the best that i have found so far. I use it everyday to make my photos look better, and to change things in them. The styles that they provide are nice effects that you can apply to your photos, and you can add more from their website. But, the "styles" are not why this app is amazing -- at least not why for me. This app for me is amazing because of the simplicity and easieness to adjust/edit/change your photos which really makes them look amazing. It is very easy because you just select what you would like to do, then you drag the bars until it looks great, then you can select more things if you want and do the same and then select the buttons on the bottom for what you are using, and then you can go back and make further adjustments. This application is great because of the simplicity and easiness of adjusting your photos yourself, and making them look great. I love this app and I use it on all my best photos, and I reccommend that you do as well.

super program could use watermark and be able to add text layer to make it a fantastic program fred

I have a wedding shoot coming up and I was looking for a photo editor that would give me maximum effect for minimum effort. This is it. I love the preview of all the effects at once…saves me a LOT of time going through each effect. Seems very user friendly and will do exactly what I need it to do. Cant wait to use this app!

This application is great for making individual photos look like film and otherwise, but we NEED the ability to SAVE the photo instead of save-as. Creating a copy of a photo after opening it in an external editor is not ideal. If the application permitted saving the edited image in place of the original within iPhoto, Aperture, what have you, this would be my absoulute go-to photo editor. Until then, it is only good for messing around with individual pictures and not ideal for workflow with many photos.

the picture quality , when imported , drastically reduces the pixels. Its horrible . Anything over 10 Mega pixels , imported into this app looks horrible and blurred. great filters though. what a shame .

The update to Camerabag 2 (now 2.5) made a good thing bad. It constantly shuts down … its so very frustrating!! Ive uninstalled and installed it twice now. And its still shutting down! So. Frustrating.

Just bought this app… A really great photo editing package but is not stable. Spent time editing images only to have app crash when trying to save losing it all! This app has a serious problem...

Worthless. Crashes upon saving edits. Everytime. Worthless

I just purchased this app and so far I am loving it. If you like simple but not that basic photo shop, this app is great.

This app gets 5 Stars from me, this problem was fixed!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE :-) (Old Review-:Love the filters but i can’t save any pictures, soon as i hit save the program crashes and won’t let me save any of my work. I want to give this app 5 stars but until it’s fixed i won’t. Otherwise i would like my money back if i can’s save my work.)

First of all I love it! When I upload my pictures and want to “fix them” or make them better this app does it for me. It has various filters for you to choose from and still adjust that filter to your liking. I’m very happy with this app. I hope they improve on it to make it so much better. I would say I’ve purchased most that’s out there and this one is pretty darn good. And for the price...even better. :)

I love this app but, the past few months , it crashes when I save the photos.

This app unexpectedly shuts down…usually when I try to save something…losing everything I changed. I can’t believe I paid for it.

The batch process doesn’t work. I’ve tried many times with various options…even less photos, but still doesn’t work. This is worthless if I can’t edit multiple photos at once.

The batch processing function is not working. I have tried several times with no luck! I’ve tried different filters, different batches, different output locations - nada!

Thsi program is awesome! As a blogger, I use it every day to edit and resize my photos. It is very user friendly. It is possible to edit photos much like one does with iPhone apps, but you can always get in an edit the nitty gritty too. The only three things that I use PhotoShop for now are red-eye removal, “blemish” removal, and adding text. Hoping CameraBag 2 can add those features one day, but for the price, it can’t be beat! (I know, since I’ve purchased a bazillion photo editing apps trying to find one that was easier to use than Photoshop, but still gave me the control I needed).
